Hi,
The last maybe five or six times I've requested feedback and others have requested feedback from me it does not go through for either of us. I check my junk folder and nothing is there either. Could anyone from EB assist with this?

I'm glad you brought this up. The last seven feedback requests I've sent, going back to October 2014, have gone unanswered.
