Why is EB not recording my sale?

To record a sale you must first reply to the most recent corresponding artists post on instagram with an uncomfortable amount of praise.

Hasn't shown up where? It should show up instantly in the sales list, noted as "pending approval".

If it doesn't show up there, you've done something wrong.

Once it has been formally approved, there seems to be some lag these days on it showing up on the price chart. Currently, it will also not show up in any of the statistics below the price chart.

Hey there, I sold a Moss Mononoke AP recently for $475 but while the sale shows in the list, it is not in the graph and says (not counted). Is this because in the comments it says "framed"? If so, mods, please add this sale because I unframed the print and sold it at that price. I still have the frame and intend to repurpose it. Thanks.
