New member here -- after the 30 day waiting period, I'm trying to post a "FOR SALE" item, but don't see the 'Post a new Topic" button in that field. How can I fix this? Or is there some other protocol I'm not aware of?

It COULD be because you are still rocking the 'noob' stamp by your name.....that tends to limit what you can do at first. Another couple of posts should fix that.
I see the OP has lost his when he started this thread, so perhaps he can post new FS topics now.
Get your post count up a few, then give it another shot.
If it's not that, then i have no idea. But i've contacted the team for clarification and advice on your behalf.
