New prints not appearing in Release Discussions thread

My last 2 print releases have not appeared in the forum as part of the release discussions thread.
I seem to be unable to add them manually from what I'm aware of.....Am I missing something?
Any help would be much appreciated as I'm down to the last copies & would love to get them out there to those who are seeking or even unaware of such things!

The Release Date needs to occur in the future (from when the mods approved the art listing) in order for a Release Discussion to be able to be created, I think.

Thanks..... That makes total sense!

I had been late with adding the last two creations after their releases. So shall make sure I'm on top of things for the upcoming add.
Is there anywhere else in particular with in the forum worth posting the previously mentioned prints details/pics/availability for those who maybe interested?
(still wet behind the ears when it comes to eb)
