Not getting new PM notification

Hey
I'm not getting emails notifying me of new PM's anymore? I have it checked in the settings but no emails?

Do you use Hotmail by any chance? If so, change your contact email on EB to a different service, like Gmail, and have it forwarded to your Hotmail if you want. I created a dummy Gmail just for this purpose, as I stopped getting PM notification emails.

That is indeed the problem and the correct advice to fix it for the moment.

I've noticed this too. Why is it that I don't get notifications of a new private message or a reply to a private message anymore through my email? Is there any way to bring this feature back at all? It definitely helps in the communication process especially when trying to make an offer for prints to someone who may not even know I've reached out to them if they haven't even been on the site in months!
