Friend tried creating an account, still no activation email

A activation email was never sent. He's tried creating an account multiple times, including resending an activation email.

I tried creating an account to see what would happen and I'm not receiving an email either. Anyone know what's going on?

He is probably using a hotmail or apple based email address. These are currently rejecting all our mail.

Let me know via PM the email he registered with, username(s) and a non-hotmail/apple email he's liked to use instead.
