I can't get through to eBay via links with the eBay tag code or on the item's Right Now on eBay section.

i've tried my phone and desktop, different IPs and different ISPs.

anyone else having this issue?

eBay has been down on and off today.. there are news articles about it. Sucks if you have an ongoing auction today.
