Can't send PM's

I'm trying to PM somebody with a poster listed for sale/trade, but my PM's just sit in the outbox instead of going to "sent." Is there something I need to do to get them to actually send?

When PMs are sent, they will stay in your outbox until the person to whom you sent the message reads it.

I have pm responses getting stuck in the outbox and they will not send. Its frustrating not being able to reply to anyone. Is it maybe because the response is being sent to a full inbox?
Anyone else?

They're being sent properly, they just have not been read by the recipients yet.

as for the PM issue, it'll sit in your "out box" until it's read by the recipient.

Hello ... an FYI on the messages you send ... they sit in your outbox until it is read.
Once it is read, it moves to your sent items.
