Stopped getting email notifications for PMs

I used to get email notifications whenever someone would PM me here. Stopped getting them a couple of days ago. Anyone else?

Haven't changed any settings in my Control Panel.

Ah, so it seems this is a system-wide change/issue then. Would be nice to have us toggle this on/off. I didn't mind the PM email notifications.

Still getting emails on my end. Didn't realize the site crashed yesterday.

Yeah. Let me know if you figure anything out. I know I'm in the minority here, but the primary way I "surf" the forums is through my email. I get an email notification that someone has responded to a thread I posted in, I click the link and read from the new post on, and then delete the email. If I have extra time, that's when I explore the threads I haven't posted in or subscribed to.

I'm also not getting the PM emails.

I wasn't aware the site crashed, but yeah im not getting emails for PM's either.

The notification issue is unrelated to the system getting super slow yesterday. I chatted with our hosting company guy and he said that he's going to look at moving some backup processes around to alleviate the slowdowns in the future.

I don't get notifications via email either. A couple of us have looked into the issue, but so far haven't found the magic bullet.

bulkhead--if resetting your settings does the trick, please let us know what you reset.

After Barrett changed his email - he started getting notifications, again. I'm not sure if that's an option for any of you. After barrett made this post, I sent him a pm (to test) - it worked.
