2/21/17 eBay sale: framed and should not be counted towards valuations
11/6/16 eBay sale: seller listed as Dave "Mathews" (misspelled) which likely contributed to low sale price and I believe is a relevant addition to that recorded sale

I excluded the first and added a note that it was framed.
With regard to the second, the seller typo-ing the title of his listing isn't really justification for excluding the sale from record, as long as the poster was in good condition.
