Sorry, if this is a repeat as I cannot do a search to find the answers and casual browsing was no help.

Is the NOOB tag based on time or posts?
When can a noob search posts?
When can a noob have avatar?
When do a noob's post no longer need to be reviewed?

I believe the answer is when a mod is sure that the noob is not a bot... Which it looms like you are in that zone now.
