Whenever peeps have been PMing me over the past week or so it doesn't show up in my inbox. I gotta click on the link from my email. Is this a feature of the new site that I'm beta testing?

I've got a member who stating they are leaving feedback directly on the feedback page, and its not showing but I didn't have that issue with his? :(

I haven't experienced this, myself.

Is your inbox full by chance?

Inbox settings here. You can add additional folders and setup the rule for where messages go when your inbox is full.

Luls. It is full. #TGT

P. S. Pretty sure it's been full in the past and I've never had this problem before. The oldest fudge just got auto deleted. Are the rules working? I'm trying to set up a new one but it ain't working. I'll try again tomorrow when I'm a bit more with it.

Hey Blue.

In the past, an easy fix was to create email folders and move messages from your inbox to these folders. It allows you to keep all messages should you want to, and assuming you regularly move mail you have read to the individual folders in a timely manner, you are never close to exceeding the 500 message limit in your inbox.

I don't think that's the issue. My inbox has been full for a couple years now, and like he said, the oldest ones just get auto-deleted when new ones come in.

True for me as well, but my easy solution still stands as an effective strategy until blue can work the issue out.

Could be your email service. My emails come 18-36 hours afterwards.

That assumes that the issue is caused by a full inbox. It may not be. He could have a completely empty inbox, and they still not show up. That correlation hasn't been determined yet, as far as I know. Worth trying your suggestion though, since it could help narrow the root cause
So it goes...

That doesn't really address the problem that Blue is having, in that he is getting the emails and that is the only way he can access the PMs.
