I would highly recommend dwlfennell as a seller. Was my first transaction on EB and he was great to deal with
- Was willing to work with me despite despite being an EB newbie with no buyer cred
- Very knowledgable and patiently answered my dumb questions
- Fair price for a print I really wanted
- Very responsive and shipped right away
- Took great care in his packing (despite the extra effort, USPS still destroyed the tube, mangled the print)
- Immeditely handled the claim, very prompt with refund, and let me keep the poster (which I am going to try to salvage as drymount)
Despite the big letdown by the postal service, dwlfennell was a sympathetic seller and great representive of the EB community - thus the longer than 1 line shout out.
thanks!

I appreciate the high praise. And as the recipient of a mangled tube, FlapJack was very helpful in getting the documentation needed for the claim...just a good guy. Nice dealing with you!FlapJack wrote:I would highly recommend dwlfennell as a seller. Was my first transaction on EB and he was great to deal with...
Bought from beeger22884 and pj101ca this month and both deals were excellent in every aspect.
