I just purchased The Last Jedi, there was no code in the case, anyone ever have that happen to them? what did you do, return to store?

you might be able to have store exchange it, but they also might be skeptical.

when I've had codes that come and didn't work (or was missing) i've called Disney and they've added it to my account. might have caught people on a good day though, not sure if that result is typical.

They should have no problem swapping it for you if it was bought in a store. I know I bought a Spectre steelbook from Best Buy once and the paper with the code on it was just blank, so at least I had that evidence, but I don't see how they could deny that to you based on something worth so little.

weird, i went back to store, they let me do an exchange but the new one did not have the code either
anyway, i called disney and they were able to hook me up

there is NO limit. I just loaded a few hundred bucks in and snagging up movies left and right.
