Neither, especially after he teamed up with Chris Brown.

Finally got these staples of the toy scene today. I wasn't collecting when Possessed came out. And when the decapitated heads were released I was just starting out and was spending alot on individual pieces

Much heavier and larger than I was expecting. Pretty solid release by Medicom.

Wouldn't really call this a toy as it's a ceramic sculpture, but here it is anyway.

Picked up a few things from DesignerCon today: the very last Astronaut that Alex Pardee had in his booth; the glow in the dark version of Jermaine Rogers' VEIL: Specimen #72, and Luke Chueh's The Prisoner, which is just so great.

Thanks to Statik for the Chueh tip-off. :pint:

Hi guys, been looking for a friendly place to ask a few questions: what is the deal with ThreeA? I'm just trying to understand the concept of it. When I became aware of it, it became a major draw because of robots, the Iron Man series, Ashley Wood whom I knew from Tank Girl, and the whole collectible aspect. It's very hard for me to see through it though. From what I can read, they release robots of all sorts, which don't make reference to anything really, the human figures are pretty much all the same, everyone complains about the parts breaking apart and no one knows anything about the drops (which are done in seconds, just like a Mondo one).

I was just re-drawn into it after seeing pictures of their "war dogs" series; I kinda like it but it doesn't make sense. I guess it's just one of these virus you catch when you start collecting the way we do. I know nothing about it but have been scouting ebay to see what's out, and it's pretty much a range of everything we know from collecting: no one bids on a item without its box, the items come from HK but apparently I shouldn't worry about it (the official ThreeA stuff ships from there right?) and they have a very strong following. Anything to add? Should I get into it? Can I buy a dog without its box?

^^^ Join the Kid Robot forums. There's a ~3,000 page 3A thread there where I'd wager you could get any info/answer you desire.
