It prolly should have been the series finale because it's going to be very hard to top. Any ending where Walt gets killed or locked up is taking the easy way out at this point. Hopefully that doesn't happen.

I see no other ending at this point besides suicide to save others or suicide-by-cop. From all the coughing in the opening scene of 501, it would appear the cancer will be getting worse as the season progresses, thus making suicide an easier choice and more accepted by his family.

While this is the predictable ending, and while I expect more from this show at this point, I wouldn't be too disappointed if I am right. I'm sure it'll be done well, regardless of how it goes down.

If that's the case, I'll just pretend it ended last season.

People seem to be in love with last night's episode. Am I the only one that was pretty unimpressed? Almost felt like filler.

I would have loved to see Walt kill Mike right after the "How do you know the magnet worked?"/"Because I say so" conversation in the car - "Because I say so..." -> BLAM! -> Brains on the windshield. That would have been bad-ass and unexpected. Although, come to think of it, Walt couldn't have had a gun on him because of the magnet. And it would have been tough with Mike driving and all, but still.

It was ok. The whole magnet thing is a little far fetched for me. It all seemed way too easy.

Oh, and why was the magnet mission a three-man job, as Jesse claims it is? Why couldn't guy one open the gate and drive the getaway car and the other guy drive the truck and operate the magnet?

Probably just because Mike is the expert with breaking into places, and Jesse and Walt are far from experts with breaking into places looking back at when they stole the methylamine :D I thought it was a pretty good episode, nothing special but it's the first episode of the season, I feel like it needed to be how it was. Also anyone think that Hank might have seen the footage already?

Because it's the print we deserve, but not the one we need right now. So we'll hunt it.

Let's not start sucking each other's dicks quite yet.

Did anyone notice all the cliches used in last nights episode?
