Most of the new "characters" are minor anyway. I've never really felt confused about what's going on. It's nice to see Junior Soprano getting more work.

Dexter definitely seems to have had a lobotomy recently, but I feel like I'm already too invested to stop now. They're really milking this ice truck killer business too much too.

Agreed. They always play up the suspenseful music when they mention/show something about the ITK, as if though we're all surprised it's still brought up.

Actually, I think you would be surprised at how historically accurate BE is when it comes to the characters and time lines. Kinda like Deadwood :wink:

the last 2 episodes of dex should be good. with 2 seasons left, the end is starting soon. i think the intern louis is gonna take what dex said to him last night to heart...he's gonna get some real life experience and become a copycat killer and will most likely pick the bay harbor butcher from his video game. this will lead to him finding out who dex is. having the ITK's hand is kinda creepy...not sure where they're going with that yet. i thought maybe he was his son, but not sure its possible depending on how old he is. if he is and he finds out who dex is and that dex killed his dad, it could lead to a climactic series finale. he may even go after dex's son, harrison. an eye for an eye. who knows. should be pretty crazy the next 2 seasons tho. i kinda think at the end of next season everyone will find out who dex is because of louis and the final season will be insane.

part of my copycat theory is louis will use that search engine to find his victims...he'll realize everyone dex searches ends up dead and he'll beat him to the punch.

That might have made for a more interesting season.

Now that the religious season is out of the way, maybe next year will be the tech season.

For now, Louis needs to teach me how to redirect posters my way from other auction winners, like he did with the ice truck hand.

pretty obvious deb is finally gonna find out about dex...i think in the finale she is gonna tell dex she loves him. dex, knowing that is literally the kiss of death, will tell her not to love him because he's a killer.

The creators of Dexter said a few years back that if ever Deb would find out Dexter is a serial killer, the show would be over.

So he'd better come up with a good excuse. That or Deb will need to have a nervous breakdown and be committed.

And what's with the incest themes? First Boardwalk Empire and now this. Hope Modern Family doesn't follow suit.

the show has 2 more seasons left...this is the beginning of the end. I suspect by the end of next season everyone will know about dex and season 8 will have 12 insane episodes.

and it ain't incest if you're not related. harry adopted dex.
