I guess the old thread fell off the end, so here's a new one... Season three (teaser) trailer dropped. Set to premiere in January!

Looks pretty good. I'll check it out. Hopefully it's better than Season 2

Season one stands as one of the best cop procedurals ever. S3 has gotta be better than two. I'm amazed its getting a third at all.

Never did finish S2. Excited for this one, though.

Agreed on all. S02 was a rush job and you could tell. Pizzolatto has had some time to work on this, so really hoping for something great, but will be keeping expectations in line.

I agree and I think a big part of it was consistent direction from Fukunaga and finding the perfect actors to inhabit the 2 main characters. And seeing Alexandra Daddario's boobs didn't hurt either...

It's back! Looking forward to the first 2 episodes tonight. Hopefully it'll rinse out the unpleasant aftertaste which was Season 2.

I somehow missed that Jeremy Saulnier was doing this. Wish he could've done the full season, but I'm STOKED.

It started off well. Looks like we have an unreliable narrator.
