You figure out how to see movies more than once now that Moviepass blocks you from repeated viewing?

no...just that I didn't have to pay again to see the movie

Can't you just use the generic "Unlisted Showtime" check-in button? As long as you don't have to send them a photo of the stub you should be good to go no?

The last two movies I went to it prompted me for a picture after I checked in, I bought my ticket with the intention of taking the picture after the movie, and then it never prompted me to upload my picture again. Seems like a bug / glitch possibly.

Agreed, if you have AMC's by you.

The one closest to me is run down, and they don't offer IMAX or any other premium screenings.

Gonna stick with MP for now since I can use them at Alamo and the crappy AMC (for now).

Meh, I still think Moviepass is superior. I see movies in tons of theaters, not just AMC's. Also I'm rarely interested in seeing something in IMAX or 3D. I guess they both have their advantages but I'll stick with Moviepass for now, saw my 45th movie yesterday. I'm sure they will retaliate with some kind of premium option shortly.

Yeah, MoviePass is definitely still better unless you live across the street from AMC.

http://www.slashfilm.com/moviepass-surge-pricing/

Surge pricing for non annual members.

I am curious what the annual changes will be made once I am up for renewal.

I'll hang on to my MoviePass as well. I have an AMC about 30 minutes away but I usually go to a Cinemark that's literally 5. Not a fan of the surcharge coming next month but I'm not surprised. Still cheaper than AMC's option.

The people that will be up in arms about this and the other small changes remind me of the exodus of people that quit Netflix when they upped their monthly price by $2, only to come back in droves over the next few years. Hopefully Moviepass can survive in some form, I've found it to be an exceptional deal.

We really only have two good theaters in my town and both are AMC. I'll likely end up switching to this once my MP sub runs out. Being able to go to the IMAX and Dolby theaters is a big plus

Just got AMC Stubs A-List or whatever they're calling it for $20 for me and my girlfriend. Already have 2 tickets at the Dolby Cinema which are normally $23 + $2.25 in convenience fees.

Liking it so far.
