Even though folks don't know what happens, knowing that there is a twist to wait for is a spoiler itself in a way. A lot of folks would disagree, but I wish people would just stfu and let people experience the movie on their own.

I totally agree, and especially in this case, I would only recommend this movie if the premise/marketing looks appealing to you and chill on the twist thing.

I'm glad I somehow avoided what the "twist" was until seeing it. But unless he pays it off with another movie, who cares?

xXx was dangerously cheesey.

Donnie Yen is great in a bigger role than Rouge One.

Loved Split. Thought it was amazing. M Night's last two films have really made me get excited about his work again.

Toni Collette was about as stiff as anyone could be reciting lines.

I mean it is not a good movie. But it knows what it is, a big dumb action movie.

Saw Split today, enjoyed it a lot. Best from M Night in a while. Loved seeing the Philly shots. McAvoy has quite the range. Also saw XXX, which like Paul said, was cheesy as hell but definitely brought me back to my childhood watching the 1st. And Toni Collette was a bit too stiff for even her role.

saw Split over the weekend - would have enjoyed the "twist" more if I hadn't known one was coming; as it was, I guessed it about 2/3 in what it would be.

McAvoy was pretty great, without an actor of his caliber the film wouldn't have worked as well as it did. And the main girl was also quite good.

Will be interested to see what M. Night does next . . .

I hope poor Anya Taylor-Joy gets to do comedy or voice a fluffy animation movie soon.
