Me too.

I don't think the movie is better than the red turtle, zootopia or kubo though.

I think it's a little more emotionally satisfying than Kubo, but Kubo is clearly going for it's own thing and I applaud it greatly for that.

I missed Dr. Strange last year and I had a couple people recommend it to me because I like stuff with trippy visuals. Saw that it was at the dollar theater yesterday and gave it a watch. Really enjoyed it and they weren't lying about the visuals! Best visual effects of the year by a longshot (don't even get me started on The Jungle Book  ). Instantly one of my favorite Marvel movies. Didn't even know Tilda Swinton and Mads were in it so it was fun when they popped up. Might catch it again before it's gone.

Fences was fantastic..Viola Davis was more than deserving of her academy award, and Denzel was terrific as usual

yeah. it's fighting an uphill battle to make you sympathise with the main character. and the ending is very mishandled.

I feel like I'm the only person that liked Passengers. I was even ok with the ending. Kept me entertained and I did sympathize the main character and thought it was a good ending ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
