Yup, good stuff. Some risque subject matter in there lol.

I recently bought tickets to see John Mulaney in a few weeks. Should be decent. Anyone seen him live before?

Pretty killer barrage of hour specials coming out on Netflix with recent Louie CK Chappelle (x2 which is a new precedent, right?) Burr (his last one was great but "I'm Sorry You Feel That Way" was Genius) . Just finished Louie's "2017", great old school absurdist material. He's a Beast. Great thread.

Seeing Rogan/Diaz/Hinchliffe tomorrow night.

Rest in Peace Don Rickles

Someone bought a ticket for me to see Chappelle in August at Radio City, should be fun.

I'm late to it but that Birbiglia special is one of the best I've ever seen. Watched it multiple times now.

Went to see a hastily announced 4pm show with Hannibal Buress and Lil Rel last Saturday and also got Nick Kroll and Tom Middleditch along with a handful of others. Possibly the best value I've ever gotten for $30. Excellent two and a half hour show.

Pretty late to the game on this thread, but some good and great shout-outs here. Someone new-ish to the comedy scene that I like but isn't for everyone is Flula Borg:

I guess you could say he's "copying" some of the Borat fish-out-of-water schtick, but I think he's starting to craft his own personality out of it. I've also slowing been working my way through the Comedy Bang Bang podcast (I'm still in the episodes when it was still called Comedy Death Ray). Some great bits in there if you're willing to sit through all the not-so-great parts.

Saw Artie Lang in NYC on Thursday. What a character. Gotta love the dude. He wears the title of king slob well.

Dave Chappelle w/ Marlon Wayans, Donnell Rawlings and Cedric the Entertainer as openers. Dave is definitely someone to see, his cadence is spot on.

Erykah Badu also killed it.

Louie is my all time favorite, last of my heroes I have yet to see. What did you think of his last special (2017)?

I loved it. Though I was fortunate enough to see it live (first time seeing him perform live!). The 4 night stint in Austin at the Moody theater was just at the tail end of the tour he was on to prepare for the taping. So we got a very well-polished version of the show, and pretty much the same content that was in the special. I did finally watch the actual video a few weeks ago, just to experience it again.

This was my view of the stage that night (lucked into a front row seat)
