great episode. Really like how the writers went back in time before the family moved to Miracle. Was crazy how episode 2 ended where episode 1 left off. Really keeps you on the edge of your seat. Fantastic.

This is a different kind of show taking a technique that usually doesn't work and somehow making it work. Little piece of this episode I really liked were the MIT guys trying to buy the house. For me, the show needed a little hint that there were people out there actually looking for a scientific explanation instead of the world just kind of accepting and trying to forget.

"You think this will happen again?"

"Why wouldn't it?"

Perfect.

Justin Theoroux is perfect too. This is a wel casted show and sometimes that's enough for me.

But ffs why did they change the opening credits to that bullshit? Season 1 was so much better.

The song grew on me. I think HBO is trying to elevate artists - even established ones like Cohen on True Detectives.

First episode was kinda slow but the second one really picked up. I enjoyed the first season after not digging the first few episodes. Have high hopes for this season.

Man the season is literally night and day compared to the first. Another outstanding episode and love how we're getting everyone's story now.

Is "Where is my Mind" a recurring tune on this show? It seems I've heard it often lately. Or is it just in every other drama as well?

If I ever get kidnapped, please let it be by Liv Tyler.

Twice so far this seaon in Leftovers and once in Mr. Robot. So it far to say it's been around.

AND Yes, not the worst possible abduction at all. For a second i thought she was only getting it hard to then cut it off. That thought was making it tough too watch.
