Was in South Philly today, and one of the McDonald's with Szechuan sauce was right across the Ben Franklin so I shot over. Place was drymounting insane. EB terms, you'd think they were giving out signed Banksys.

These aren't even Rick & Morty posters, they're posters advertising McDonald's sauces, tied into a promotion for their new chicken tenders. When people talk about the (deserved) backlash this fanbase gets, this is exactly the kind of fudge they're talking about. This show is great but I've never been more embarrassed to be a fan of something.

Store has to have 'Szechuan available' underneath it.

Nada. Thought it was embarrassing ahead of time and had no idea there would actually be flippers and nerds lining up at 3am but shouldn't be surprised.

I'll be at La Bodega's one night only "Dirty, Filthy Art Show" in Logan Heights later tonight. I'll take my chances with action in the bathroom there rather than drymounting's.

Any good? I try to stay out of that area as much as possible though it seems like they're doing their best to gentrify it.

Should be fun. It's an annual show, $1 to get in and you get a sticker when you enter. The show is adults only and all pieces are meant to be sexual, you use the sticker to vote for your favorite and the winner gets the door money. Gallery always gets packed, it's right next door to Salud taco shop, across the street from Border X brewery. Not gentrified yet but not scary unless you're a dildocopter.

There's a ton listed. Why did his get tagged in particular?

I had no idea they were also releasing screen printed posters for each sauce and I cannot believe the Szechuan print is going for $500+ for an edition of 1000. I’d love to get a poster but Christ people are already selling repros for like $25-50. Insanity!
