ohhh the irony...and all those poor ebay scalpers get a free pass?

I concur that this isn't a 10C problem, and much like it's easy to point to your government in times of need, sometimes you
just have to "suck it up" and move on.

The Ten Club did not sell these posters. The artist did.

I can't believe that people got prints that were all drymounted up, and I'm as pissed as anyone around here. You can't blame Pearl Jam, the Ten Club, or anyone else other than the artist and his company for how these were shipped.

They sent me one, too...even though I made it quite clear to them that the only acceptable solution to me was a replacement.

Everyone should file a complaint with their credit card company...I think that at least freezes the funds until they investigate. That's probably a d!ck move but it would show them they should treat the customer better.
