SHAG's stuff generally does not sell out immediately. He has a huge fan base but also is pretty prolific and most fans tend to pick and choose the pieces that really speak to them. The price on this is a bit high considering it is "only" an 8 color screen prints - his are usually 10+ colors - but the Beatles presence upped the price I think. It's a must-have for me though, can't wait to see it.

Thought this was priced right in line with his other prints.
Actually a little surprised it was not priced higher due to the subject matter.
Great print. Only downside is it's going to be a long wait for these.

I just realized that Serigraphs and Screen Prints are the same thing. I was always wondering why Shag's prints were called Serigraphs. Shags prints never look like real screen prints when I see them in person. I always thought they were giclees or expensive lithos on good paper. Shag must not use the same kind of inks or printing process, as most other artists I have seen, to make his serigraphs.

I think its priced fair, especially with the discount. I get the M Modern Newsletter and most of his prints sell on that website for about the same price or higher.

I would feel fancy.

I am just glad its doesn't have any tiki related imagery. I love his mod style but the tiki is just over played and doesn't work with the rest of my collection.

I actually expected it to be priced higher considering how big it is. And, throw in that coupon code and it was a no-brainer for me. It's a great looking print.
