so when ever I try to quote and its over 4. I try to fix it by deleting one but I end up drymounting it up like the post above.
so when this happens what exactly am I supposed to delete?

Just got a call with confirmation that the package is being held at the facility and I can pick it up. Making a trip during lunch. Anger subsiding..

Thanks man! I like helping people on here.

Just went on my lunch break to the UPS facility. Picked up the massive tube. But.. looks like there may be some issues. It has a few good dents in the middle of it. Updates will come once I get home. Hoping for the best.

my print was rolled smaller than the tube...that looks to me like you should be ok. hope so...

yeah i think good chances you are okay, they are usually rolled smaller then the tube and his paper is so thick i think you would need more damage to the tube to cause a dent in the print

I had originally planned to simply leave it packaged and ship it off to the guy I PBed for. But now, I want to check and make sure it's alright. Really appreciate the insight.

every MBW print I've received are this way. As mentioned, they use thick paper and thick craft paper.

This. Heard back from the buyer. I sent off an email this morning to inquire if anything could be done. Right now, I think the options are going to be A) Return for full refund or B) Partial refund. We'll see how it goes.
