WOW!!! This is just exquisitely beautiful in the flesh  :notworthy: :notworthy:

Mine took a little knock and bend on the tip of the bottom corner. But it will frame out easy so I'm more than happy to just own this thing! GF's eyes widened when she saw it too. Always a plus to have her on side when selecting for the wall

This is destined to end up opposite my Red Cosmo.

Sorry to see all these woes though :( hope you guys get it sorted!

So at this time we're looking at a 100% damage rate? :hanging:

Those of use who have damaged goods should contact them to let them know someone doesn't know how to roll a print.

For those that are concerned about damage...do not give up hope. Mine came in today and while the roll was certainly too tight, there is no visible damage, i.e. no creases. The tube was perfectly fine and the packing job itself was good, just too tight of a roll.

I pray that others are as fortunate as myself. :notworthy:

After flattening for a day or two, it looks much better. I wish everyone a safe pristine print.

Off topic and apologies to Chuck for the thread hack.

However, I received Wood's Eagles blotter today from The Flood Gallery and it arrived in perfect condition.

Still waiting for the print version of this, Exile On Main Street, and of course, the Sperry Spacemen!! Wish me luck.

Meanwhile, any ideas on how to frame this delicate piece of art, (please, no lick it and stick jokes. )

Here is what happened to mine en route. It’s nothing as far as I’m concerned, as minor edge damage does not bother me in the slightest if it will frame out. Ironically enough though, the Zep print they shipped with no kraft, tissue or anything arrived in absolute MINT condition :? ! Go figure  ...

Not that there are any excuses for rolling too tight, but I would think this type of paper (while gorgeous) is more crease prone than typical.

I could be wrong. An extreme example might be trying to roll up a sheet of aluminum foil without creases.

Has anyone with major damage contacted the gallery/heard a reply from them?

Mine arrived with some pretty heave creases all along the bottom! DRYMOUNT ME! this is the 3rd of the last 3 I ordered from Europe (Eelus, Private seller, and now Chuck) that was DAMAGED in shipping. I hope they are able to fix it. The metallic on the front make the damage STAND out way more as you see sparkle, sparkle, sparkle.... nothing for an 1" then sparkle sparkle sparkle... nothing :(
