I did. They were very helpful and offered a partial refund or exchange. Mine was bought for a buddy so we decided to try for an exchange. Fingers crossed.aldo wrote:Has anyone with major damage contacted the gallery/heard a reply from them?
I've gotten lucky on purchases from Flood and Malleus. Looks like Flood needs to hire a new roller/packer and maybe use 4" tubes to make it easier on themselves.

They need to hire some Cubans or at very least some jay burners. Tight Roll es No Bueno.

At least Chuck knows how to ship.sidewaysscott wrote:biscocrack420 wrote:variants are overrated
Sorry to those that are having trouble with the gallery edition.
Wanda: I can't stand people. I hate them. Do you hate them?
Henry: No, but I seem to feel better when they're not around.

Chuck's (or his packing elves) crammed a cap or two down on more than a couple of my purchases - including a panic lady variant.meskell wrote:....At least Chuck knows how to ship.sidewaysscott wrote:biscocrack420 wrote:variants are overrated

Mine still hasn't arrived. Are we batting .000 here? I don't remember reading any positive reports on condition yet.
Can't this wait till I'm old? Can't I live while I'm young?

Mine was good, still rolled too tight, but no creases. I don't know how it happened and please don't hate me. It came yesterday.Gmallard42 wrote:Mine still hasn't arrived. Are we batting .000 here? I don't remember reading any positive reports on condition yet.
On another note, it looks incredible in person. My GF hated it when I showed her the pic before the drop. I bought it without telling her and she saw it yesterday and was speechless.
yeah mine was mint, and strangely wasn't rolled as tight as these latest arrivals - ironic that i was concerned for the stateside deliveries because i thought they used a pretty flimsy tube - it seems most damage has come from poor packing - i feel for you guys
