If it doesn't go through after 15 seconds, refresh it. It will take you back to the order detail page and then you need to submit it again. That's my general rule. Good advice halftone. I thought about hitting F5 after about 30 secs but hesitated b/c I thought I would lose that piece. Seems like having it hang means you're probably going to lose it any way.
