Yep. Everytime I use my CC It gets declined. See my above rant.dasher12 wrote:Carted one but credit card continually declined. Does this happen to anybody else here in the US ?
I actually spoke in detail to the Visa fraud squad today and they said you can authorise a 24hr approval but no further time-frame than that for this vendor. something to do with the website profile.
Ring your CC service dept and get them to allow the transaction thru. They will see the delined attempts and have all the info necessary to allow this transaction to occur.
Good luck!

This is just a sugestion but might work, in the case you are doing the following...
Once buying from POW, in the Postal code space I was inserting 0000-000 + city and I was getting a delcined CC issue. Try insert the town after the address and just numbers 0000-000 in the Postal code space.
I hope it helps!

My bank is good about letting POW purchases go through without prior auth. They just call me about ten minutes after to make sure it was a kosher transaction. Now if I could just drymountin cart one of these I'd be in business.
Ps. ISO a simple cart system that lets you hold a purchase for 60 seconds (and not a second more) while you beg the wife for the ok to buy.

The last time I made a purchase at POW I used my debit card and the transaction went through, but I immediately got a call from my bank's fraud protection to confirm the purchase.
I'm now trying on this drop for somebody else here, and have to use a credit card instead. I'm hoping if I can cart one there will be no issues - am calling them now to make sure it's 'allowed'.
