Sowers, here we go...
Print is big and prob. too pricey for me (price unknown) at this moment, but all in all, great show by Keyes. :notworthy:

I am just going to take a guess and say it will be $250-300, considering Last Kiss was the closest edition size of 250 at $200, but Sowers is significantly bigger.

I am budgeting for print and framing to come in around a grand.

Yeah, I have never framed something with these kind of dimensions so I am unsure what that would cost. Does anyone have a reference for what framing something like It Felt Good to be Lost 2 or Roaming cost to frame so we can get an idea of what to expect?

There are a lot of talented self-framers here who buy their supplies from http://www.americanframe.com which will save you a bundle. Being so new to collecting I lack those skills and am forced to pay the noob tax of having a pro do my framing for me.

If you look through here http://forum.expressobeans.com/viewforum.php?f=31 you will find all kinds of tips and examples of very nice framed pieces.

Isn't this too big to have materials shipped from AF?

Yeah, the problem with AF is that they charge a pretty big oversize fee--$55 at least--over a certain dimension. I can't remember what exactly the cut-off for oversize is, but I'm pretty sure this will be over. If you're doing a basic frame, you could probably go all archival for around $200 at a frame shop.

The print below cost me $250 with tax to frame. Floated on an acid free mat with Japanese hinges and simple moulding. And the print is bigger than Sowers overall, 48" x 28".

Yep... I was looking at some potential frames for my Sperry Bob Dylan print (23"x35"), and that dang oversize fee applied for the shipping.
