Feels pretty scammish right now. Money in and relative absence of high level admin staff. I love this site but it is approaching the point of ridiculous. Especially considering all the people with programming knowledge that have offered to help. I mean, the people in charge don't seem to be active or involved in the community aspect of the site at all anymore. It's completely possible they are working tirelessly behind the scenes but it certainly doesn't appear that way. I understand the volunteer aspect but donations were solicited, promises were made, and all we have to show for it is a less functional site. Kinda feels like a Mark Lone indiana jones situation.

Wait a second... Money donated, no obvious use of funds, blue disappears... it’s all starting to make sense!

I’m pretty psyched that I’m not getting logged out every thirty seconds.

The hackers are intercepting every post you make. Why do you think we were all getting logged out so often?

Think you’re onto something here. When that commission finally finishes and gets added to the database, the fully functioning redesigned EB mk2 will suddenly open like a beautiful morning sunrise. The new site will allow users to post over 50k posts meaning Blue can resume spreading his wisdom again.

I haven't been told, but I wouldn't assume that. It worked last year, even though the site was having issues.

I doubt it's a scam.

Being subjected to the lousy business skills of others can feel like getting scammed, but in that case everyone loses - except some 3rd-party charlatans who saw the naivete and exploited it.
