Is this one going to be allowed to be released? Or do we send gift payments to Mr. Budich?
Same fudge, different drop.

Looks like there are 100, and if they happen to not sell out at the show it will be on art v cancer afterwards.

So most likely have to be at the show or get it on the flip?

This ongoing spectacle of hate towards Budich is really amusing. Just a circus of hyenas on this board, cackling at and tearing-up this poor guy on every drop. I guess 100 prints sold for a cancer benefit is something to get upset about these days, lol. Being reasonable though, if he extends the count I won't defend him. :P

Luke and Han look way too lanky/awkward which is too bad, because Yoda and Obi-Wan look fantastic.

I think the Budich discussion is fair game and par for the course, when you consider it is a mostly anonymous internet forum about a hobby soaked in creative subjectivity. Did I mention the internet part?

Re: Budich, nothing personal against the guy at all, but when he decides to finally develop his own aesthetic, I think the hyena pack will disband.

considering you only joined this year we will disregard any comments you make that would require a historical view of things

I've been collecting prints for years and have seen the release of almost all his movie renditions.

He hasn't developed a unique artistic style, I agree he's all over the place and takes from many other famous poster illustrators. Doesn't mean this long-continuing barrage of sarcasm isn't getting old though. I've seen the release discussions on his other works. Just more of the same cookie-cutter pretentiousness. Many members don't actually point out what's wrong with the illustration, rather they just dismiss it outright in less than a few words. Hell, you tried to dismiss me in only a sentence using an unwarranted argument. Anyway as long as he does a collage style the hyena pack will never disband. To comfort the lemming Budich-bashers from my shocking statement, Stout is infinitely better than Budich and reigns supreme in the collage style. There, peace is restored again to the heavy-handed EB forum. I just want the Budich-bashing to not be so god drymounting ridiculous.
