Pretty certain the buyer's fee is normally included in the recorded sale...it is indeed part of the cost of the poster

and there is no VAT from Europe to US, so result is 625£ which is $1.070 .....

When I looked at buying it I treated the final price (+fees) as what I was willing to pay in total. So I'd say it's correct.
Also, as you bid it showed you the approximate total cost.
After it went up to £550 (without fees) early on I avoided it big time.

I have never had to pay anything when receiving tubes from EU.
