Some of those bids are insane. 500£+buyers premium for a Durieux King Kong?! They've been selling for ~$500 on eBay. Wish I would've stocked up on those when they were going for <$100 on eBay for months after they were released.

Looks like it went for £625 + 25% BP + 20% VAT = £937ish = $1500ish. Pretty good value as far as shopping at Christies goes...
