Pretty certain the buyer's fee is normally included in the recorded sale...it is indeed part of the cost of the poster :)

and there is no VAT from Europe to US, so result is 625£ which is $1.070 .....

When I looked at buying it I treated the final price (+fees) as what I was willing to pay in total. So I'd say it's correct.
Also, as you bid it showed you the approximate total cost.

After it went up to £550 (without fees) early on I avoided it big time.

I have never had to pay anything when receiving tubes from EU.
