Same here. Wasn't great.
Yep mine sucked, it barely escaped damage during transit from craft paper sliding around.
Arggh - mine still hasn't turned up, and this just adds to the nervousness. Really hoping everything is ok.
Mine finally turned up today. Won't be able to until I get home, but the tube looks pristine.

Just finished mounting it on the wall. It is not super easy when the whole piece is over 4.5 feet long haha
