It's not really visible from most angles (but you can see it in that photo on the last page beneath the horn between the red and white), so I'm hoping it'll "disappear" on the wall and behind glass. No suggestions for document cleaning pad or microfiber, please, because those haven't worked out for me in the past. I'm just doing a bit of venting, really (1st world problems).

I feel for you, that sucks! Have you mentioned it to Andrew from Thinkspace yet?

Yeah, he got back to me today, and they are out. However, I feel better about the problem area today than I have been. I was looking at it today under normal daytime conditions in the room with my file (i.e. sunlight from a window), and you can't even see the scratch unless you take an extreme angle to catch the shine. That's probably why I didn't notice it initially. When I'd been looking at it recently it was at night and lit from above by the ceiling light. I bet it'll be good when it's on the wall, and I think I've found an excellent moulding choice already :D. Unfortunately, AF is apparently no longer stocking the red mat I picked from my samples :x.

The bird is definitely in different shades of gray than the rhino. There is also a "clear" layer that outlines the rhino, which you can see below. I wasn't picking up either of those in the jpgs. The red really stands out, as well. I don't know anything about paper stocks, but this one has a nice feel. It seems a little different than most that I've handled. The embossed manta is a nice touch, too. Shout out to a kind PB on this one !

It's so funny watching flippers freaking out, as is obvious with the sales of these. Oh no I spent 300 dollars and there's not a guaranteed 100% return in less than a month. Time to dump it at almost face. Hilarious. I may pick up a second here soon as an investment piece b/c this is completely sick and one of the most visually appealing things I've seen in a long time. The demand for this will only grow and like I said in this thread a while ago, once these are gone, good luck finding it, this is a framer and I feel that once I do that, it's never leaving my hands. But again, funny to see these folk just losing their conviction and jumping ship.

It's nice to see Horkey folks that missed out have ample opportunities to pick this up at a good price. Maybe people will learn you can't instaflip many a $300 print that doesn't have Banksy/Brainwash/Struzan scribbled across the bottom.

Did that twice with Whale Bone Groves. My Nesting frame job was about 3x what that print cost. It never ends.

So what I'm trying to say is...congratulations. :)

Two of my favorite Horkeys on one piece of paper - how awesome is that!

And way cool how this looks like it was planned that way; the snake first circling the eye and then fading into/out of the horn...

Way to go, Mike! :notworthy:
