This weekend, but only at Wizard World Philly  . It's one of the exclusive prints he'll be selling in the artist area on Sat/Sun. With an edition of 30, locals will likely grab them all up. I think he'll be debuting a screen print that will be sold at the event as well -- unless he was referring to this.

For anyone going, here's some of what he'll have available for sale at the event:

• adventure time: thank you (screenprint)
• rango (screenprint)
• two-gun mickey wood variant (screenprint)
• roger rabbit variant (screenprint)
• wise little hen variant (screenprint)
• warner bros: duck dodgers (screenprint)
• star trek: let that be your last battlefield (screenprint)
• room 237 (screenprint)
• 1962spider (archival giclee)
• fly with U.S. (archival giclee)
• comrade zombie (archival giclee)

Whalen's a swell guy. He was very pleasant when I nabbed an assorted lot of prints from his table. Grabbed the '84 Spider and a '62 Spider for some sort of twin frame-up I have in mind.

Was hoping to do the same with the Spiders. Anyone want to come through? Or does it seem he will have leftovers?

I tried for an extra '84, but he only let me score one.

dig the variant but like the purity of the other and its ref to classic Spidey on the color scheme

If there are any leftovers he'll release them on either his mailing list or his shop. Just in case, I would suggest signing up to his mailing list here: http://eepurl.com/hBdxA
