Looking forward to picking up some from the artist websites if I'm lucky, had trouble with the initial sale. Eyeing Rhys Cooper.

Where does the fedex tracking number say where the package is?

Ok...so I got my Divine Comedy print from Gallery 1988 today. The print was supposed to be numbered, its not. There is a paint stain, or some sort of yellow/mustard colored stain on the bottom right. This blows.

Oh wow man that's harsh. Too bad. Hopefully they give you a refund. That's a pretty bad "paint" smudge.

Im gonna call them tomorrow, see whats up. I like the print a lot, but the stain is a little disheartening.

If either of you guys end up having/getting to keep that print I would take it off your hands. I was really bummed to miss out on it and I can live with the stain.

Thanks!

disheartening to say the least. after waiting almost a month, with no answer to both emails and phone calls, i get a stained print with no number. lame.

Thats well beyond disheartening at this point, they really need to sort out their handling of their customer service with you.

Send pics and an email detailing all your failed attempts at communication to Katie at this point.

I can't see them ignoring this now!

Seems like one of two things happened:

1) You just got the ultra-limited unsigned, unnumbered, mustard stain variant
2) You just got served a bowl of weak sauce from the gallery

Seriously, I don't understand how someone would feel ok packaging that thing up to ship out? I guess I have some more lessons to learn in this hobby. :? that sucks for you guys though

I called and they are going to process a full refund. Sadly, I cannot keep the print. They were quite understanding and were very concerned that they missed the stain on the prints. The guy I spoke to was very nice and really felt bad. He also told me I was not the only person to contact them today about the issue.
