The diptych is worth seeing in person. JPEGs didn't nearly do them justice with all of the specular reflections, fade detail, etc. on them.

Pretty much all Sperry prints have the touches you speak of in person. Problem with these is that they just don’t hit the mark design/beauty wise as well as some of the other ladies in the flower series.
I’d like to see some of the muses mixed with some of the circle Dylan type backgrounds to at least spice it up, if he’s gonna keep it going.

I'd really like one of those to give to my boy. Matches what he did for my monoski, he'd flip.

Designs look killer - text is a wee distraction though. And what's Nick Cave got to do with skateboards? Or #craftbur for that matter?

Interesting idea. A throwback could happen I guess.

Deck arrived lickity split from Australia. The pics don't show off the glitter finish at all. Very sparkly blue.

Back in the day, Cave was an apprentice brewer before plying his trade as a musician... And in his spare time, often during lunch breaks, could be found chucking sick mother drymounting rad ollie's over 4 kegs to the barrel! Alls whilst wearing a perfectly cut, three piece suit... Stands to reason!

I begrudgingly accept this.

And looking again on a bigger screen, the text is still...apart from the design, but not so much as it seemed on first blush. The black framing the figure brings things together. As with everything in my life, I blame the phone.
