Amazing stuff. Any word on whether any of it will get a Thinkspace print release?

^ No word about prints yet.

It was a fantastic show; easily one of my favorites of the year. Much like Reeder (who always knocks it out of the park), pieces by Gruninger and Brevner have to be seen in person to be truly appreciated - they have intricate details that are often missed in photos and video clips. The opening was pretty well attended despite it being Labor Day weekend - a testament to the quality of Thinkspace's shows. All of the artists had a very strong showing.

I was seduced by "Alpine Spring" (photos below) by David Rice and am looking forward to bringing it home. I was not too familiar with Rice's work prior to this show. Half of his offerings were portrait-esque and (comparatively more) straightforward, but the other three [Alpine Spring, Unexcelled (the bird) and Warm Reception (the dark piece)] were out of the box and intriguing. Alpine rewards the viewer at every corner. Reeder said it best when I was chatting with him about it: it shows you what a painting can be.

If you are on the fence about any of his other pieces, just go for it. You won't regret it. I wish I had taken more photos (I have some of Reeder's pieces), but Birdman will have that covered, as always, when they share on social media.

Thanks! My photos look a little washed out. I should totes just bring a proper camera to these events moving forward. The iPhone just doesn't cut it sometimes (but it is efficient). :P

Lovely pickup on the David Rice piece bulkhead. I'm mulling over getting the other one you posted "warm reception" but looking around the house for a wall it would be a good fit for first. Speaking of houses i'd love to see an art tour of your place whenever you get these up on the walls. Your collection is truly incredible and I really admire your taste in art :notworthy:

Thanks for the kind words, Technique. I moved not too long ago, so maybe I can take some photos/video near the end of the year when everything is organized. :)

Also,
