The TIE Pilot is stunning. Love the contrast on the white background.

Mike's latest newsletter has me concerned there will be a portrait at the Mondo MM SW show not available online...

Yes just like the Chewie is bigger. He's trying to keep them to scale like Edmiston does with his Eyes series

Edit- Matt covered it :pint:

Damn he really did a good job on the Emperor. Might be my favorite along with C-3PO.

Dammit Mike needed to do one Emperor portrait with Impact font on it reading "Yes, Yes, Let the Butthurt Flow Through You."

So... does this mean I should rip my prints in half for some extra flip value?

So is storm trooper and vader the last prints to be released on Mondo for the Star Wars series?

Last in terms of consistent monthly releases, not the last ever for SW portraits, assumedly not the last either in general for Mondo and SW.

Wonder if Mike will ever do any characters from prequels, especially Darth Maul. Freaking loved that character.

Unrelated to Mike, but there is a stellar character costume art exhibit at the Denver Art Museum, that everyone should check out. I've been there twice and would go again

He's said he's not doing prequels.
So it goes...

I know he has said no prequels, but has he ruled out the animated shows / comics / Roque One?
I know they are even less likely...but if he did Ahsoka, Ezra, or Jyn I doubt there would be any problem finding buyers.

I would've argued that no prequels seems to be more the populist call than the pretentious one, since, you know...people only like to complain about them.
