Really is his best image in awhile.jjttdw wrote:I picked one up. $50 shipping included for a great image was a no brainer. Maybe the fact that it is an offset and many were probably given away in DC is scaring people away.
Edit #2: Sold out.

P.S. the best part of his art is the silkscreen printing, which he is a master at. Without it, meh.

Agree with everyone about it being an offset but oh well, I guess.
I was surprised it was up for so long but there wasn't as much media attention / hype for this year's march either.
Glad I was able to grab one with ease.
As far as his market, I also fully agree that way too much was released this past year for there to be much of a market. The number of panels sold just at the Ft Worth show was staggering, not to mention all of the foil variants.

I'm not someone else.
Hm, I'm surprised at all the praise. I don't care for it at all. The lines across the face make the whole thing look out of focus. It reminds me of when people would try to print a picture on an old dot matrix printer.bubbie wrote:jjttdw wrote:$50 shipping included for a great image was a no brainer.Yes and yes. Best in a loooong while, IMO.nobokov wrote:Really is his best image in awhile.

^ Really? I think it is nearly perfect for what it is and why it was made in the first place. I guess different strokes for different folks. It would be tits if it was a screen print, no doubt. I am fairly sure I will be underwhelmed when I actually get it in hands.

So it goes...
Lol, another Sperry eblast rampage... 32 eblasts in a 2 hour period about fudge from 8 years ago.
Love the guy, love his work, but he needs an assistant to manage this fudge for him. I'm convinced this isnt intentional and if it is... well what the drymount for? Hah

It's enough already. I don't know when and why he started with this, but it's been several weeks. I'm pretty sure no one wants that fudge.
