If you replace the word "mail" with the word "comic books", you'll have a fairly accurate read on how I've been feeling lately... been having a lot more fun pouring myself into a single image that people will appreciate for a long time.

Rather than comics, which is mostly rushing out a lot of content that people will read in 10-15 minutes and forget most of. If I can scratch that storytelling itch with prints and keep food on the table at the same time, well, I'd be a happy fella.

Just got an update from the printer on "det er en slags ting"; production has started and first color is underway! Production pics are imminent and it's looking great so far.

UPS managed to damage a good third of my paper shipment

, so more is on the way via 2nd day air.

Going to send my deposit for "they all float" on Monday so that can get started on.

Got the last of my shipping supplies today. Fancy label printer, extra labels, scale, kraft paper, tape... phew.

First color for "det er en slags ting" complete, ought to be be done by Thursday and shipped out by Friday!

Printer sent me some process pics:
