Company that has still yet to issue the COAs. Would be odd to be the one person trying to sell the only one (so far at least) in the edition w/o a pest control cert.

I'd imagine secondary buyers would be a wee bit skeptical about purchasing it moving forward
PC will continue to provide certification services post the store closure.

As far as the person selling it concerned, as long as he/she gets paid and the print arrives to the buyer "undamaged", that person cashes in, coa or not. If one is planning to flip this print, this was the way to do it, IMO.

Also, what billy said, again.

That too. Except for whomever that person is who is trying to sell their print right now, haha

IF the buyer ends up getting paid though. Big IF right now with the obvious phony bidding goin on right now at auction.

POW purposely held back those certs for this exact reason so IMO u wait for it to flip. People still gonna get paid

That is a possibility.

Seems like the buyer knows what he or she is getting into though. Definitely a bit impatient I suppose. Seller gets paid. Buyer gets print right away. Everyone happy.

And there is another print that popped up on eBay. EU seller.

:lurk:

If one was going to sell a signed Banksy (let's say a NOLA for example), where would one even do so?
Seems like the eBay route is just asking for hassle / trouble and is not be trusted
Would you contact Sotheby's?

I wouldn't take the risk of an auction. Sell privately on UAA. No fees, and the spread of what typically represents the buyer's premium will be going to your pocket.

What's the risk exactly ? One of his most desirable images handled by one of the worlds biggest auction houses at a crowd with more cash than most people on UAA.
I would have thought the higher price that'll actualise would more than cover the fees.

Is info@picturesonwalls.com the best way to contact POW about issues on existing orders? A few weeks ago I emailed the sales address and got a response in hours, but haven't heard back from info in almost a week.

I just shot a reply to my POW invoice. Ordered on the 12th and per POW, should be landing in Denver sometime this next week... the post has been a nightmare was the reason, which works for me.
