The guy is lame. Treats his customers like fudge.
I will never consider buying anything from him... Good call getting your cash back.

I had to file a dispute also. All he had to do is reply or any kind of acknowledgement and I would of canceled my claim. Terrible customer service. Needless to say I will not be buying any of his work just based on principle. Sad because he has some very nice posters and prints.

I bought two prints and received them within a couple weeks it was a first time so I decided to order a couple more and that was definitely over a month ago and nothing no response to my emails...nothing getting a little impatient especially hearing all the trouble everyone seems to have dealing with this mess

I should have stopped after the first couple arrived didn't think I'd be that lucky to get something I paid for a second time with the problems most people seem to be having with him

It's sad to watch his fans give up after getting burned, one by one.

Lots of people in this world would love to have DoD's artistic talent. Such a waste.

Well he should treat hi fans with respect. Over last two years I have has 3 tubes not arrive. I love his work and have like 60 posters plus, but now I have list the last 3 bond posters which I was collecting for the set and he's sold out and I won't pay Ebay prices for them due to his incompetence in getting my order out. I am pissed off with bring treated this way with no respect for my ongoing custom. :(

Good question and it would be a great shame if his lack of customer service has finally caught up with him.
And I say that as someone who has been let down by him but also someone who collects and really likes his prints

I check his site frequently, the down bigcartel is new - within the last week or so

He always has big chunks in between sales, but this is very long.

Maybe he has given up. Those may be intersted to know that after being let down with the last batch of Bond posters which I never received but got them refunded after paypal ruled in my favour, I decided foolishly to give him another chance and ordered another singular poster that I was missing from my collection that was on the big cartel site. Paid for it via paypal. I wrote a nice note with the order and requested he acknowledge my order and also send a shipping notice when shipped. As usual no reply, no poster, no replies to my further enquiries, no reply to new paypal dispute, no reply to excalation of paypal dispute. I hope to be refunding for this one as its now going on 3 months again.

I have a feeling we may have seen the last of his poster days, which is a shame but perhaps its the only way !!

Iincidently, if anyone has grown tired of the last three Bond posters he did I would be interested to buy them - especially if someone in the UK has them - as i wanted to complete the set but as my last three didn't turn up then I am incomplete collection.
