Gotcha. I didn't think eddie needed to post the link himself but I guess these things are important.

what a fudge show. got to wrigley 5 hours before the show...stood in line for 2 at the merch tent to get skunked on the posters. got inside wrigley and was about 20th in line at the merch stand and the thomas was sold out before i got to the front. people were buying as many as they wanted. luckily i had $40 cash on me and sent my son to the cash line which was shorter...he got a thomas for a member here that asked me to grab him one. i got an ames and a flaming slugger t shirt.

pics of what? the thomas, ames and t-shirt? i could snap a pic in the morning. if you mean pics of the dicks buying 10 posters, no i didn't take any. it is what it is. i got the poster i wanted and i came through in my poster buddy duty. and most importantly my son and i had a blast and loved the show.
i do feel bad for the people that wanted that thomas poster but got skunked and had to watch people walk past them with 5-10 copies.

Scratched Evil Little Goat.... wow. Might get it Monday. Also, I guess my quest to see Alone will continue on since I doubt they run it back at Fenway.
I must say, I enjoy covers here and here but they are really going overboard with the covers at these stadium shows.

Insane that they even put Evil Little Goat on a setlist, they've never played that live. Also scratched Leash, which they haven't played in Chicago in over 24 years. I saw Alone at the Vote for Change show in PA back in 2005 but yea I doubt they'll pull that one out again for Fenway. Looking at the setlist, lots of audibles tonight63schoeffling wrote:Scratched Evil Little Goat.... wow. Might get it Monday. 6 covers is def too much, but I do love Leavin' Here.
Love when they open with Wash. Getaway would be cool to see...never understood why they ignore that track. They sound checked Gonna See My Friend, I'd love to hear that but I'm also someone who thinks Backspacer is a really solid record.

Between that (assume they would make a curse reference for Evil Little Goat) and the Rebel Rebel cover (where they had the Cubs owner on stage and then showed a clip of David Bote's (get it) walk off grand slam just before they played it) .... the Cub tie ins continue.
Monday is an off day for the Cubs before they have to be in Detroit on Tuesday ... possibility of at least Theo being on stage seems high.
