It seems like the community is growing, though, so maybe some of these outliers will get their day in the sun soon.
I'm always up for discovering new artists. I'll start:

Ageed^ You do know that he just had a show right? Some great looking work in there too. Unfortunately, my favorite piece was well out of my price range. He's doing some killer work right now too.
I don't understand the lack of love for Eric Fortune. I wish he had more output. I know he's got something coming up in the Hi Fructose group show...

Agreed on Donovan. Curious to hear about his influence on Sperry and Hunter. I get the impression that he is the print guru around there.
Is this true?
Also, Ryan Duggan- though he's only been on the block a little while.
just a foil for me today, thanks

i think that one has Sperry's signature on the back, but maybe they worked on it together.

woops !
i'm sorry.
i just looked at the signature on the back again and its weird because it looks like a big C squiggle S.
it could also be a backwards R squiggle D. it's like he signed it backwards, i swear, or as though it was signed on the front and bled through.
anyway....let me help get this thread back on topic since i kinda got it off track...
LOVE Eric Fortune, as said above.
i think Nimit Malavia is incredibly talented.

Ron signs his name backwards. It's really amazing to watch. I don't know how he does it.

I think he kind of sunk himself by being a dick with mailing, taking people's money and never sending stuff but his reputation is still being protected by the gigposters community.
